RETURNS
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns as they are currently made to order until further notice, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at info@idlevanity.com. We will be more than happy to help rectify the situation.
STATIONERY EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept exchanges for online stationery orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at info@idlevanity.com.
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis and each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.
CLOTHING EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
DEFECTED ITEMS
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product multiple times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@idlevanity.com with your order number and a photo of the product to open up a conversation about how we can rectify the situation.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

USA ORDERS
IDLE VANITY [FUELED BY JESUS & COFFEE] © use Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
